Should have taken a picture

…of the jerk-mobile that Christine the Curmudgeon saw today.

It was a blue van, in the parking lot of the Market Basket across from Rockingham Park in Salem, NH. It had Massachusetts plates, just regular ones, not the special handicapped ones. There was also no handicapped placard hanging from the rear view mirror. I mention this because the jerk was parked in a handicapped space, and that’s a big part of what makes this person a jerk.

The other thing that makes this person a jerk was the obnoxious bumper sticker that adorned the jerk-mobile. It said, “Lost your cat? Try looking under my tires.” Anyone who thinks that running over people’s pets is funny has some serious mental problems.

I was tempted to take a picture with my phone. But for one thing, it was raining and I wanted to get back to th Curmudgeon-mobile ASAP. And for another thing, I was afraid that the jerk woukd come out of the store, catch me taking the pic, and try to beat me up or something.

Anyhoo, I’ll just try to shame the jerk here.

Blogging has been a bit light lately, I know. But I’m still here, I haven’t run off on vacation to one of those Outer Banks rentals or anything. I just got tired of the theme of this blog, and as you can see, I installed a new one. I stole the Curmudgeon Cat picture from I Can Has Cheezburger, hope they don’t mind!  I just thought it was appropriate for this blog.
